Mr. Reid was first introduced to the Crystal Bay Community Association in Chandler, Arizona, as its managing agent from Rossmar Management Co. in March of 1995. Jim immediately took charge and started the formation of the currently adopted Architectural Guidelines for landscape and lake policies. These documents were adopted by the Board and the Community at their first Annual Meeting in November of 1995.

With this new Community the year 1995 became a year of challenges for Jim, as the managing agent. Jim has demonstrated excellent leadership abilities in helping new homeowner make the transition to living within a deed restricted lakes community. Jim promoted the concept of instituting a Council of Homeowners to assist the Board and provide Community perspectives to the governance of the Association.
